- The Best Western Oakland Park Inn guarantees all reservations by credit or debit card. Guests with guaranteed reservations will be charged one night room and tax for cancellations received after 4:00 PM EST the day of check-in. More stringent cancellation policies, including full-pay, may apply to group or discounted rates and are the norm for highly discounted rates purchased on Internet sites. Cancellation policies are enforced regardless of the guest reason for canceling including but not limited too, delayed or canceled airline flights, weather, illness, etc. When purchasing discounted rooms with stringent cancellation policies the hotel recommends the guest consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. If your plans are tentative, the hotel the guest purchases a room rate that allows for cancellation up until 4:00 PM EST the day of arrival.

- Best Western Oakland Park Inn offers a smoke free environment in inside public areas such as the lobby, breakfast room, business center, fitness center, etc.
- The management of the Best Western Oakland Park Inn currently offers a total of five (5) smoking rooms in our standard room category and 100 smoke free guest rooms. There is a minimum $200.00 USD charge for smoking in a non-smoking room. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodations to a person smoking in a designated non-smoking room.
- The management of the Best Western Oakland Park Inn reserves the right to evict or deny accommodations without refund of any guest demonstrating unacceptable behavior that may disturb or endanger our guests or staff or cause damage to the hotel or the premises.
- The management of the Best Western Oakland Park Inn reverses the right to refuse to provide accommodations to provide accommodations to persons of an age less majority unless accompanied by an adult. Proof of legal age may be required at check-in.
- The management of the Best Western Oakland Park Inn reverses the right to require photo identification of all guests.
- Florida law requires that swimming pool is closes as dusk. Pool area remains open for quests to relax and for access to Tiki Bar until approximately 10:00 PM EST – Tiki Bar closes at 9:00 PM EST.
- A credit card is for security deposit and incidentals are required at check-in. The card is “authorized” not charged and there is no transaction to the guest account unless the room account is not settled at check out. Guests not using credit cards are required to make a $100.00 cash deposit for damages and incidentals which is refunded at check out providing the account has been settled. Guests using Debit cards should be advised that the process of crediting a debit card can take up to twenty-one (21) days to re-deposit funds in to a checking account due to the banking processes. The hotel issues an immediate credit however, has no control over the banking processes that result in this delay or the length of time it takes for funds to be re-deposited in the guest bank account. For this reason, we suggest guests use credit cards and not debit cards.

- Bus and trailer parking available for an additional fee. The hotel does not accept 18 wheel trucks.
